Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the "Layer Navigator" add-on (the "Service") operated by KVBA ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users who install and use the Service.
1. Description of Service
The "Layer Navigator" is a Google Slides™ add-on that provides advanced design tools, including a layers panel for object management, a properties panel for editing colors and dimensions, and an assets panel for managing reusable images and text styles.
2. License, Trial, and Payment
- Trial Period: Upon installation, you are granted a free trial period of thirty (30) days, during which you have full access to all features of the Service.
- Payment: After the trial period expires, continued use of the Service requires a payment of $7.99 USD / yr (or the equivalent in your local currency).
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe, on an external checkout page. Your use of the payment services is subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not collect or store any of your payment card information.
- License: Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Service for your individual Google Account™.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, and manage using the Service.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google's Terms of Service.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall KVBA Company be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
